Post Graduate Programme

Jawaharlal Nehru College offers Regular Post Graduate programmes in the subjects Assamese and Mathematics under it’s affiliating University Gauhati University. The M.A. in Assamese was initiated in the session 2016-17 under the Department of Assamese and from the very next session from 2017-18 the M.A./M.Sc. in Mathematics was introduced under the Department of Mathematics.

The programme is of two years in four semesters.
Seat Capacity : M.A. in Assamese = 30 (in the first Semester) M.A. / M.Sc. in Mathematics = 30 (in the first Semester)
Eligibility : Graduate with Honours in the respective Subject.
